Hello, my name is Katherine Gonzalez. I recently started my journey in real estate! I believe God’s timing and plan has helped me develop into this next chapter. I graduated from Lawton Chiles High School in Tallahassee then attended Tallahassee Community College where I graduated with an AS degree in construction management and pursued real estate shortly after. Watching the HGTV channel with my mom growing up was the motivation for my love of flipping houses, renovating, you name it, and I wanted to do it! As a resident of Jefferson County (used to be Leon County) and a retail worker at a local outfitters shop, I have learned a lot about the community and people in my town! The southern, sweet charm of North Florida’s small towns makes you feel like you’re in the middle of a hallmark movie! I love to fish, hunt, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors whether it’s going out on the boat or saddling up to ride my horse. I take great joy in doing remodels and new builds with my dad or decorating different rooms in the house. I value my clients' time when choosing me to be their realtor for buying a potential home, selling, or browsing the market.
