Julie Cosper has been with Pearson Realty Inc. for seven years. She spent her first two years being an Office Assistant. She acquired her real estate license in 2015. She has been in the Tallahassee Board of Realtors Top Production awards for the last 4 years. As a Tallahassee Native she is very familiar with Tallahassee and the surrounding counties. She has sold many homes in Wakulla County, Gadsden County, Jefferson County, and Leon County. She is currently working on getting her Broker’s license to become Pearson Realty’s Broker Associate.
Julie is a mom to two boys and is married to her high school sweetheart. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her boys play baseball, going on the boat, reading, and cheering on the Noles! She is always quick to move her schedule around to be able to jump on a house and get a showing in quickly if need be. She is able to be very flexible for her clients and is known to respond quickly no matter the day or time of day!
